BT452 ComPort error or BT mode error via configuration utility and how to enter configuration mode

ComPort error or BT mode error means BT452 is not in configuration mode so it can not be connected.

How to enter configuration mode
Press the Config button (inside the red square) and hold for more than 4 seconds until SYS LED quick blinks by 4 times then becomes slow blinks then release the Config button.
